Jeff is a former Division 1 athlete, who has fought his entire life to balance the demands of a traveling work schedule with an innate desire to maintain a happy, healthy and fit lifestyle. After struggling for 13+ years with the art and science of this balancing act, Jeff decided to build a simple but elegant, digital fitness solution to get each and every corporate traveler back onto the fitness playing field.
Jeff brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship, strategy, operations, and product development to My FitLink from his 13+ years of learning the hard way..in the field with his customers. Jeff spent 7 years with the United States Air Force, where he served as both the Director of Operations for a multi-national business with 300+ employees as well as the Director of Future Capabilities & Growth for a rapid prototyping, technology development Division with a $90M+ budget. After the Air Force, Jeff earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with a concentration in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Finance. Jeff currently works in Monitor Deloitte’s Customer Strategy Practice where he focuses on designing organic growth strategies for a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. Jeff will focus primarily on sales, marketing and fundraising for the My FitLink Platform.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Matt has been a ‘road warrior’ for the past 8 years and believes My FitLink provides a unique, easy way for himself and others like him to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite the demanding schedule inherent with full time business travel. Matt places a premium on staying fit to pursue his passions as an extreme sports enthusiast and expert snowboarder.
Matt brings 8+ years of experience designing, building and implementing complex technology tools. As an independent technology consultant, He specializes in broad technology strategy and tool implementation. Prior to going independent, Matt spent 5+ years in Deloitte Consulting’s technology practice, earning a strong reputation for executing and delivering everything from complex analytic solutions to web based interactive reporting tools. Matt will focus exclusively on executing the build, delivery and sustainment of the My FitLink technology platform and technical team.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Brad is a current student in the Kellogg School of Management that believes in the positive transformational effects of fitness and nutrition. He’s most interested in pairing his passion for exercise with technology to reduce the burden for people to get into the gym, workout, and live life to the fullest. He is pursuing a concentration in entrepreneurship and marketing to better understand how successful companies and teams achieve rapid growth. Prior to coming to Kellogg, Brad spent ~5 years consulting state governments and financial services companies to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that improve customer experience and deliver operational efficiencies. Working abroad for clients in Canada, London, and India gave him a unique, global perspective that helped him expand his leadership skills by collaborating with diverse teams to better understand what it takes to deliver shared outcomes. His most memorable work experience was the moment the Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange went live and thousands of previously uninsured Kentucky residents began logging onto the system during the inaugural open enrollment period of the Affordable Care Act in 2013.
Outside of Kellogg and Deloitte, Brad serves on the Next Generation Board of Chicago Run, a Chicago area non-profit organization that uses athletics and digital nutrition curricula to build self-confidence among almost 17,000 Chicago Public School students. In his free time, you can find him debating the merits of different workout programs, reading up on nutrition, or playing golf or rugby. Brad will focus primarily on building out the My FitLink community. This will include a mix of efforts and pilots that span across all channels of digital marketing and have direct impact on our My FitLink end-users and our fitness partners.
DIRECTOR OF GROWTH
Laura is an MBA candidate at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. As President of The Wellness Club at Kellogg, Laura empowers students to take control of their wellness. Laura also serves as an ex-officio member of Peer Health Exchange Chicago’s Board of Directors through her involvement in Kellogg Board Fellows. Prior to Kellogg, Laura worked at a boutique management consulting firm in Atlanta where she was worked with medium-sized, Fortune 500, and Private Equity clients.
Outside of work and school, Laura spends her time developing content for her own wellness blog and volunteering with Girls on the Run, a non-profit dedicated to growing and inspiring 3rd to 5 th grade girls while also training them to complete a 5k. Laura will focus primarily on growing the My FitLink network by collaborating with partners and customers in the fitness community.
